2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and lawful information
- Submitting authentic and valid documents
- Meeting deadlines and compliance requirements
- Reviewing submitted applications before approval
Aqasco International shall not be held liable for consequences arising from:
- False or misleading information
- Incomplete documentation
- Delayed client responses
- Regulatory non-compliance by the client
3. Confidentiality Obligations
All client information and records are treated as confidential and handled under strict internal security protocols.
Clients agree not to:
- Misuse company systems or communications
- Attempt unauthorized access to company infrastructure
- Share confidential materials without authorization
Any breach of confidentiality or misuse may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
4. Payments & Financial Terms
All fees must be paid in accordance with agreed quotations or invoices.
Government taxes, duties, filing charges, and third-party fees are separate from professional service charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payments made for completed, initiated, or submitted services are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds, if approved, remain solely at the discretion of Aqasco International management.
5. Processing & Timelines
Processing timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- Government authorities
- Regulatory reviews
- Verification procedures
- External system delays
Aqasco International does not guarantee approval timelines or outcomes from regulatory authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqasco International shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business interruption
- Financial penalties imposed by authorities
- Loss of profits or opportunities
- Delays caused by governmental agencies
- System outages or cyber incidents beyond reasonable control
Clients use our services at their own legal and commercial risk.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, branding, graphics, documents, text, software, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Aqasco International.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Compliance & Anti-Fraud Measures
Aqasco International reserves the right to:
- Conduct identity verification procedures
- Reject suspicious transactions or documentation
- Suspend services involving fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Report illegal conduct to regulatory or law enforcement authorities
Any attempt to use our services for unlawful purposes shall result in immediate termination and possible legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if:

- Terms are violated
- Payments remain outstanding
- Regulatory concerns arise
- Client conduct threatens operational or legal integrity
Termination shall not affect outstanding payment obligations.
10. Third-Party Systems & Government Platforms
Certain services depend upon external systems operated by:
- FBR
- SECP
- PSW
- Banking institutions
- Government authorities
Aqasco International bears no responsibility for:
- System downtime
- Portal errors
- Policy changes
- Government delays or rejections
11. Force Majeure
Aqasco International shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Cyberattacks
- Government restrictions
- Internet failures
- Political unrest
- Technical outages
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
13. Amendments
Aqasco International reserves the unrestricted right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
